The Partner billing features allows you to pay invoice fees on behalf of your clients.
The Partner invoice billing cycle is always the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Invoices are generated on the first business day of the month. You'll receive an email notification when the invoice is generated.
When a partner-client connection is first established, the first invoice amount for the client will be pro-rated based on the amount of days the client was connected to the partner in that billing period.

Prorated invoices are generated for clients/customers if they connect to a partner in the middle of the client's billing cycle. When a partner who is paying for fees connects to their client’s account, the client will see a banner with the following message: "You’ve connected with a firm who will handle your fees starting {day that the client accepted the invitation}. You are responsible for your fees until this date.”
- When a partner connects with a client currently on trial, the partner will pay for the time beginning after the end of the trial and until the end of the Partner's billing cycle.
- If a client (with partner pays billing set up) disconnects from a partner in the middle of partner’s billing cycle, then the partner will pay for the client during the period in which they were connected. The client will begin a new billing cycle from the day of disconnection.
- In the Client directory, locate the relevant client and click Overview. On the Subscription plan card, click Edit next to Billing setup.
