- Automatically assign all admins to all new and existing clients
All your admins will be able to log in to all client accounts. You can manually remove admins by going to the client's overview in your client directory - Manually assign admins to individual clients
Admins will only be able to log in to their assigned clients. Upgraded clients will keep their admin assignment setting from 1.0.

Enforce two-step approval
If enabled, two-step approval will be turned on for all clients who have given you payroll administrator access (and who don’t have auto-run on). Only you can turn off two-step approval for your clients. You can also change this setting for a specific client by going to the client directory page, accessing that client's account overview, and editing their two-step approval setting.
-
If enabled, all firm admins will be blocked from approving client payrolls. The approve button will be turned off in the payroll workflow. This setting overrides any approval permissions given by clients.
