If you're a Wagepoint Partner managing multiple client companies or your own firm’s payroll, our single login feature keeps everything organized. With just one email and password, you can move between your partner dashboard, client payroll accounts, and your own firm’s payroll. No need to remember multiple logins!
This guide will walk you through how to:
- Log in once to access your partner dashboard and your firm's payroll
- Add your own company’s payroll to your single login
- Combine multiple Wagepoint logins into one
What is Wagepoint single login?
Single login lets you use the same email and password to access all your Wagepoint workspaces — whether you’re a partner managing clients, a payroll admin, or even an employee or contractor in one or more companies.
After signing in, you’ll see all the workspaces you’re connected to. You can switch between them without signing out or re-entering your login details. Your email and name stay consistent across accounts, but your role-based information (like payroll settings, paystubs, or client access) remains separate and secure.
How can I run my own firm's payroll in Wagepoint?

How do I use single login?
Use single login to access multiple workspaces
- Go to payroll.wagepoint.com.
- Enter your username and password. Then, click Log in.
- If your credentials are associated with more than one company, a list will appear. Select the company you want to access.
If you don’t see all your companies listed, make sure you're using the same email address across your accounts or follow the steps to combine your accounts.
Toggle between your partner dashboard and your firm's payroll company
Once you have set up a new company for running your firm's payroll, you can toggle between your partner dashboard and your firm's payroll without logging in and out.
-
Click your name in the top navigation bar. Then click the field with the current company you are logged in to.
- In the company selection list, select your accounting firm payroll.
Heads up: If you add your payroll account as a client in the partner dashboard, partner admins might get admin access to that payroll account (depending on their permissions). If you want to keep your firm’s payroll separate, avoid adding it as a sub-client.
Managing settings with single login
When you use single login to access multiple Wagepoint accounts, your settings are divided into two categories:
- My Profile settings, such as your username and permissions table, applies to the company that you are currently logged into
- Notifications applies to the company that you are currently logged into
- Password & security settings, such as 2FA authentication, apply to your Wagepoint login, regardless of company
To update your settings:
- Click your name in the top navigation bar.
- Select Preferences.
- Use the tabs to view and update your settings as needed.
