If you use Wagepoint to manage payroll for more than one company, our single login feature makes it easier to stay organized. With single login, you can sign in once with your email and password and easily switch between your accounts, with no need to remember multiple logins.

What is Wagepoint single login?
Single login is a Wagepoint feature that allows you to sign in once using the same email address and password, and access payroll accounts across multiple companies. It’s designed for employees, payroll administrators, and business owners who work with more than one company that uses Wagepoint.
After logging in, you can switch between companies without having to sign out or re-enter your login credentials.
While your email and name are shared across your connected accounts, your personal information like pay history, direct deposit details, and address are kept private and not visible to other companies.
Use single login to access multiple workspaces
- Go to payroll.wagepoint.com.
- Enter your username and password. Then, click Log in.
- If your credentials are associated with more than one company, a list will appear. Select the company you want to access.
If you don’t see all your companies listed, make sure you're using the same email address across your accounts or follow the steps to combine your accounts.
Switch between multiple profiles or workspaces
1. In the top navigation bar, click the drop-down arrow next to your name.
2. Use the drop-down menus to switch between workspaces (multiple companies) and profiles within a workspace.
Add an additional company to your Wagepoint account
If you already have a Wagepoint account, you can add an additional company from within your existing profile.
- Click your name in the top navigation bar
- Click on your company name

Click the create another company button. This will take you to the company sign up page with your email already filled in.
Managing settings with single login
When you use single login to access multiple Wagepoint accounts, your settings are divided into two categories:
- My Profile settings, such as your username and permissions table, applies to the company that you are currently logged into
- Notifications applies to the company that you are currently logged into
- Password & security settings, such as 2FA authentication, apply to your Wagepoint login, regardless of company
To update your settings:
- Click your name in the top navigation bar.
- Select Preferences.
- Use the tabs to view and update your settings as needed.
Combine your existing accounts
If you have more than one Wagepoint login using different email addresses, you can combine them into a single login:
- Sign in to the account with the email you want to change.
- Click your name in the top navigation bar, then choose Preferences.

On the Password and Security tab, locate your email address and click Update.

Enter your password, then click Continue.

- Type in your preferred email address, confirm it, then click Continue.

Click the checkbox to indicate that you understand this action. Then, click Continue.

- Check your email for a 6 digit code. Retrieve the code, and enter it. Click Verify.
- Click Okay to acknowledge that your email has been updated.
You will be signed out and can now log in using your updated email address to access all associated companies.

FAQs: Single login
- Yes. You can use the same email and password to access multiple Wagepoint accounts using single login.
- No. Your personal information such as direct deposit, pay history, and address will not be shared across companies.
- No. Employers can only view your information within the company they manage. Your other Wagepoint connections are private and not visible to them. No information is shared or transferred between your profiles, aside from your name and email address.
- If you're invited to join another company in Wagepoint, just accept the invitation using the same email address and password as your existing account. The new company will be added automatically, and you’ll be able to select it the next time you log in.
- Yes. You can reuse the same email to create a contractor or admin profile. You’ll be able to switch between roles as needed.
- The single login functionality allows the following scenarios:
- A single individual can be an administrator, an employee, and/or a contractor within the same account
- A single individual can use the same login to access their profiles associated with multiple companies
- A contractor profile can be created using details from an employee profile
- An employee profile can be created using details from a contractor profile
