Tips for using Wagepoint chat support

  • Be specific! Rather than "ROEs," try "How do I create an ROE?"
  • Use a computer to access chat. Avoid opening multiple instances of the Wagepoint app or refreshing your browser with the chat open.
  • If you're a Wagepointer partner, open the chat window after you navigating into your client's account.
 
1. Log into your Wagepoint account. In the top navigation bar, click the question mark icon to open the Help Centre.

2. In the Help centre, click Got product questions?

3. A chat window will open where you can ask Digit, our AI chatbot, your support questions. If Digit is unable to help you, you will be asked to provide some basic information and then connected with a live support agent. You'll continue to chat with the live agent within this chat window.

 

Click on Chat messages.      Click on Chat messages
 
4. When you've finished speaking to Digit and/or a live agent, click the X in the chat window to close the chat.

 

Click on End Chat

 

FAQs: Chat with Wagepoint Support

  • Support agents are available via chat from Monday to Friday 8AM - 8PM ET, except on Statutory holidays.
  • First, try talking to Digit, our virtual agent. You might be surprised how knowledgeable Digit is! If you require further support, we suggest you return to chat during our business hours. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@wagepoint.com and one of our friendly agents will get back to you.
  • We recommend using the chat feature whenever possible, as this is the quickest way to access our support team.
  • Our agents will respond to your live chat as soon as possible. Typically, replies are sent within 20 minutes, though response times may vary based on factors like high processing days or unusually high ticket volumes.
