If you are unable to access your account, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Be sure to log in from a desktop or laptop computer (not a smartphone or tablet).
- Try using a different browser. For example, if you use Firefox, try using Google Chrome. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all work well with our systems. Avoid Internet Explorer.
- You can also try using a private or incognito browser window.
- Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache. Clear these after each failed attempt, too.
- Try opening the Wagepoint app directly (not through a search). Open a new browser page. In the URL bar, type payroll.wagepoint.com and hit Enter.
- If you are still unable to access your account please use the Forgot Password link after inputting your e-mail.
