FAQ: I can't access my account. What do I do?

If you are unable to access your account, try these troubleshooting tips:

  1. Be sure to log in from a desktop or laptop computer (not a smartphone or tablet).
  2. Try using a different browser. For example, if you use Firefox, try using Google Chrome. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all work well with our systems. Avoid Internet Explorer.
  3. You can also try using a private or incognito browser window. 
  4. Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache. Clear these after each failed attempt, too.
  5. Try opening the Wagepoint app directly (not through a search). Open a new browser page. In the URL bar, type payroll.wagepoint.com and hit Enter.
  6. If you are still unable to access your account please use the Forgot Password link after inputting your e-mail.
