1. Log into your Partner dashboard and click Firm settings.
2. Under General settings, click Edit.
3. Check Enforce 2-step approval.
4. Click Save.
Two-step approval will be turned on for all clients who have given you payroll administrator access. Only you can turn off two-step approval for your clients. You can also change this setting for a specific client. Simply go to the client directory page, access that client's account overview, and edit their two-step approval setting.
