Change administrator role

1. In the navigation menu, go to Settings

Click on Settings

 

2. Select User accounts.

Click on User accounts…

 

3. In the table, locate the relevant individual and select View.

Click on View

 

4. Click Edit.

Click on Edit
 
 

5. Under Role, use the drop-down menu to select a new role for this administrator.

Click on Payroll administratorClick on Report administrator

 

6. Note that the administrator's permissions have to been changed to match their new role. You may wish to review the User Permissions table below and make any changes.

Click on WP Test Harold Hungry permissions have been changed to resemble a Report administrator's permissions.

 

10. When you are happy with your changes, click Save.

Click on Save
 

FAQs / Troubleshooting

Oops. I disabled the existing user. What do I do now?
If you've already disabled the user, you will need to first re-enable them. You can do this by going to Settings > User Accounts > Filter > View disabled items > click Enable on the user.
