1. Identify the individual you would like to transfer account ownership to and ensure that they are assigned as an administrator in your Partner account. You will not be able to access the account ownership transfer feature without additional administrators in your partner account.
2. In the navigation bar, go to User accounts.
3. Under Roles, click on the Account owner card.
4. Under Account owner, select the Transfer ownership tab.
5. Under New account owner, select the administrator who will be the new account owner from the drop-down menu.
6. Indicate how you would like to handle the transfer:
- Transfer ownership and disable my account: If you select this option, you will no longer be able to log into your account once the change has been saved.
- Transfer ownership and assign a new role: If you select this option, you will be prompted to select your new role. After you save your changes, you will need to log out and back in for the new permissions to go into effect.
7. When you have double-checked all the details on this page, click Transfer ownership.
