Remove access to the Employee portal
1. Navigate to Settings > Roles and permissions.
2. Under Employee portal, locate the relevant role (either Employee or Contractor) and click View.
3. Locate the relevant individual, and click Disable access.
4. In the confirmation window, click Disable.

Re-enable access to the Employee portal
1. In the navigation bar, click Settings.
2. Select Roles & permissions.
3. Under Employee portal, locate the relevant Role and select View.
4. Click Show filters.
5. Use the drop-down menu to select "View disabled access", then click Apply.
6. Locate the relevant individual in the list, and click Enable access.
7. To reset the filter, click Clear.
- Alternatively, use the drop-down menu to select "View enabled access" and click Apply.
8. The re-enabled individual will appear in the enabled access list again.
