Remove access to the employee portal
1. In the navigation bar, go to Settings.
2. Under Company settings, click Roles & Permissions.
3. Select People.
4. Locate the relevant individual in the list.
5. Click the drop-down arrow, then select Disable.
6. In the Disable window, select Disable again.
The individual will no longer have access to the employee portal until you enable their access again.
Re-enable access to the employee portal
1. In the navigation bar, go to Settings.
2. Under Company settings, click Roles & Permissions.
3. Select People.
4. Click Filter, select the checkbox next to View disable items, and click Show results.
5. Locate the relevant individual in the list and click Enable.
The individual will have access to the employee portal again.
