1. In the navigation menu, go to Firm settings.
2. Under Firm settings, select the relevant tab:
- General: General settings include your company’s legal name, Doing business as name, business email, company phone number, Headquarters address, and default billing preference.
- Banking (optional): Enter your banking information if you intend to pay subscription fees on behalf of your clients.
- Account verification: If you have added or edited your banking details, you will need to go through the account verification process.
- Notifications: Adjust email notifications for all role types. Toggle notifications off/on for the company entirely or check relevant boxes to indicate which notifications you wish each role to receive.
3. Click Edit to make your changes.
4. Click Save.
