Important! Disconnection from a client is instantaneous. The firm will no longer have access to the client’s account. The client will either continue or start paying their monthly processing fees.
1. In the navigation menu, go to Client directory.
2. Locate the relevant client, click the drop-down arrow, and select Disconnect.
3. In the Disconnect window, click Disconnect again to confirm your decision.
An email will be sent to the client account owner to alert them of the change.
