This article applies to Wagepoint partners.
View available roles
1. Log into your partner dashboard.
2. In the navigation menu, go to User accounts.
3. Review the roles that are available for your company.
Note: Each role can be customized by the account owner. Please see Adjust permissions for administrator roles for more information.
Assign a role to a person
1. In the navigation menu, go to User accounts.
2. Find the desired role card and either:
- If no one has been assigned yet, click Assign user.
- If at least one user is already assigned to the role, click the card to open role details. The Roles page will be open by default. Under the [Role name] header, navigate to the Assigned people tab, then click Assign [role name] to start the workflow.
3. Enter the person’s first and last name.
4. Enter their email address, then re-enter this address to confirm it is correct.
5. Click Add.
An invite will be sent to the new user with a User ID and a temporary password. If they do not see this email, have them check their junk and trash email folders.
Add administrators to your partner account
1. In the navigation menu, go to User accounts.
2. Under User accounts, click on the Administrators tab.
3. Click Add an administrator.
4. Enter the person’s first and last name.
5. Enter their email address, then re-enter this address to confirm it is correct.
6. Select their role.
7. Click Add.
An invite will be sent to the new user with a User ID and a temporary password. If they do not see this email, have them check their junk and trash email folders.
Disable an administrator account
1. In the navigation bar, go to User accounts.
2. Click the Administrators tab.
3. Locate the relevant individual, select the drop-down arrow, and click Disable.
4. In the confirmation window, click Disable again to confirm.
Re-enable an administrator account
1. In the navigation bar, go to User accounts.
2. Click the Administrators tab.
3. Click Filter, check the box next to View disabled administrators, and click Show results. This will show you a list of all disabled administrators.
4. Locate the relevant individual in the table and click Enable. The administrator will re-appear on the enabled administrators list.
