Manage general, security, and notifications in User settings

Your User settings let you manage your personal profile, control how and when you receive notifications, and keep your account secure. 

This article walks through where to find these settings and what you can adjust within each section: profile details, notification preferences, and password and security options.

Navigate to your User settings

1. Click the drop down arrow near your personal name in the top navigation bar.

2. Under User settings, select My profile, Notifications, or Password & security.

Click on User settings…

3. From within your User settings, you can navigate between the three settings tabs.

What settings can I adjust within User settings?

  • My profile

    • Change image: you can upload a photo of yourself. Note: we accept JPG and PNG with a max file size of 6 MB.
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Language: English or French
    • Roles and permissions: view your roles and permissions in a read-only state.

    Click on My Profile

     

  • Notifications

    • Preferred email: This is set to your primary email by default. If you entered a secondary email, you have the ability to select your preferred email to receive notifications.
    • Notifications: Use the toggle to indicate which notifications you would like to receive.
      Click on Email and dashboard notifications
  • Password & security

    • Primary email: this is your username and the default address for notifications.
    • Secondary email: you can use this if you’re locked out or need a password reset.
    • Password
    • Two-factor authentication (2FA): 2FA is an electronic verification method for an extra layer of security.
      Click on User settings…

     

 


 

Change language preference

1. Click the drop down arrow near your personal name in the top navigation bar.

Click on Devon from Wagepoint

2. Under User settings, select My profile.

Click on My profile…

3. Under Account preferences, use the drop-down to select your preferred language: English or French.

Click on English

4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
