You can make bulk updates to incomes, deductions, benefits, job titles, departmental information, and workers’ compensation.
- In the left navigation menu, go to People.
- Choose the people you want to make changes to by check-marking the boxes to the left of their names.
- Select the bulk action you want to perform:
- Remove record: Only active employees and contractors who have not been paid can be removed.
- Invite: Send an invitation to the selected people so they can log into the employee portal. Only those with an email address can be invited.
- Assign: Assign a code to employees. Incomes, deductions, benefits, job titles, departments, and workers’ compensation can be assigned.
- Update: Update the amount of an already assigned code.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Note: If you select a bulk action that is not valid for one or more people, an error message will appear.
