Disable a pay group
A pay group can only be disabled if there are no employees or contractors assigned to the group.
- In the navigation menu, go to Payroll > Pay groups.
- Locate the relevant pay group, click the drop-down arrow, and select Disable.
- In the dialog that appears, click Disable to confirm.
Enable a pay group
- In theleft navigation menu, go to Payroll > Pay groups.
- Under the Pay groups, select the checkbox next to View disabled items.
- Locate the relevant pay group and click Enable. The pay group will now be active.
